¾ cup tahini
¼ cup coconut cream*
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
⅛ tsp salt
¾ cup chocolate chips
½ cup coconut cream
1 packet of Complete Start Rich Mocha
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients for the tahini layer. It may be necessary to use a whisk. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour the tahini layer into the loaf pan and place in the freezer until set. It should take less than an hour.
- After the tahini layer is set, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second increments. After the chocolate chips are melted, stir in the coconut cream and complete start packet. Whisk until combined. Pour the mocha layer over the tahini layer and place in the freezer again until set. Slice and enjoy.
Store these in the freezer for up to three weeks.
*Don’t confuse coconut cream with cream of coconut. Coconut cream is found in a can. Only just the creamy thick part at the top of the can, not the liquid.
