6 oz dark chocolate
½ cup crispy rice cereal
1 Packet Complete Start Rich Mocha
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Melt chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl using 30-second increments. Stir after each increment. Be careful not to overheat.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Do this part as quickly as possible because the chocolate will start to thicken and harden.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and place in freezer to set. Break up into bars with hands after the chocolate is set.
Store these in the freezer.
